I am happy I had Kostas Nikolaou from Archivolt.ca to prepare and submit my City of Surrey Renovation Permit package. Kostas came to the house, assessed the scope of the project, and immediately knew what documents we needed to successfully obtain the required City of Surrey Renovation Permit. He prepared and submitted the City of Surrey Renovation Permit package right away. What I appreciated and liked best about working with Kostas was his ability to respectfully communicate with anyone at their level of understanding. From the client perspective, when I asked questions about the permit and the permit process, he took the time to explain things using terminology that I could understand and relate to. He also understood my need to be kept informed and included me in emails with the city reviewer and my project contractor. This allowed me to follow what was going on and why, kept me out of the dark and let me know that everything was being dealt with efficiently and appropriately.
